I have found it to have mild appetite suppression, but not enough to lose weight. Overall it's disappointing. I used generic rimonabant but haven't determined if that's the problem.

The first couple of months I lost 15 pounds without much effort, but it was getting expensive and I wondered if I could do better on my own. I then found a site that was selling the generic (rimonabant) for about half of what I was buying the brand name......The generic (rimonabant) seems to be working the same as the brand name and I've lost another 8 pounds. Not exactly melting off of me, but it's much better than gaining 8...

I've tried it but didn't stay on it for a long time. I seem to want to eat less in the evening. My hardest time to control my thoughts desire to eat. I was feeling pretty sad and overwhelmed so thought maybe it was due to the slimona. I do have same tendencies without slimona but thought it was magnified. My friend has been on it for about 5 months and has lost lots of weight. He also started walking to and from work, about 20 minutes total I think.
